About the position

We’re looking for a motivated Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for the next phase of Rivian’s Service business. This role sits at the intersection of service operations, finance, and technology. You will be responsible for strengthening the foundations of our service organization today while helping shape how Rivian activates the business of service over time. That means building the systems, workflows, and product capabilities that allow service to scale operationally, improve the customer experience, and increasingly operate as a strategic revenue driver for the company.
