Employee Onboarding Experience (EOE) transforms the full employment lifecycle experience for Amazon's global workforce, supporting millions of candidates and employees each year. In this role, you own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the data platform and self-service experiences that define how Amazon collects, stores, validates, and distributes information for every Amazonian across 64 countries — 1.1M+ annual submissions, 850K+ self-service changes, and 3M+ annual views.

This is not a maintenance role.
