Position Overview

 
  Job Description 
 IFF has an opening at its Pryor, Oklahoma manufacturing facility for a Process Engineer in the Manufacturing Technology group. The person in this position will provide daily engineering support to the food ingredient operations and develop strategies/systems to improve manufacturing performance at the Pryor site. The position also utilizes Process Engineering and Operations expertise to support capital projects and continuous improvement efforts.
 Responsibilities Include
 Conduct work activities and demonstrate leadership behavior consistent with IFF Core Values.
 Use process expertise to ensure facility and personal adherence to regulatory, company policies, good manufacturing, and food safety requirements.
 Interface with R&D, Engineering, Operating, and Business resources to develop innovations and coordinate product rollouts in facility.
