Position Overview
Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitor portfolio hygiene by ensuring timely renewals, call memo monitoring, closure of deferrals and quick actions on delinquency / risk accounts
Guide the team in handling routine disbursement tranches and resolving transaction-level customer queries efficiently
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Operations, Accounts) to ensure timely approvals, query closures, and superior customer service
Ensuring overall team targets are met in terms of disbursements and AUM achievement at portfolio level
Track team productivity, performance, and process adherence, ensuring high-quality and error-free deliverables
Provide ongoing training, mentoring, and guidance to enhance team capability in finding new business opportunities from the given portfolio clients
Experience Required:
