In this role, you’ll partner deeply with business functions, HR, and AI engineering teams to rethink end-to-end processes, redesign roles, and embed AI and automation directly into core operations. Reporting to the Director of AI Business Transformation within the AI Center of Excellence, you’ll be responsible for value realization: establishing baselines, defining KPIs, and ensuring redesigned work delivers real outcomes, not just AI usage. This is a high impact individual contributor role for someone energized by complex transformation, human-machine collaboration, and the challenge of proving AI’s value through better ways of working.
