AWS Specialist and Partners (ASP) Planning & Business Operations is seeking a Sr. Planning Excellence Lead to orchestrate the end-to-end planning cycle across Annual Planning (AP) and In-Year Planning (IYP) mechanisms. This role serves as the operational backbone connecting multiple planning workstreams — territories, goals, quotas, compensation, and resource planning — ensuring every workstream operates against shared milestones, timelines, deliverables, and standards.

Our team has subject matter experts who own each planning mechanism — territories, goals, quotas, compensation, and resource planning.
