Position Overview
Principal Responsibilities - Manage and maintain strong working relationships with Contract Manufacturers (CMs) to ensure smooth production and shipment execution.
- Monitor CM production plans, capacity, and output to meet customer demand and shipment commitments.
- Manage CM performance, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Drive demand and supply planning processes in collaboration with Business Units (BU).
- Execute purchase order (PO) management and planning activities with SAP.
- Manage inventory levels, including excess & obsolete (E&O), and drive mitigation actions.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution.
