Position Overview
Lead and manage cross-functional projects related to new product development and ongoing product lifecycle management.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate project activities across engineering, operations, quality, manufacturing, and business teams.
Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks to ensure successful project execution.
Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications.
Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and drive issue resolution activities.
Support project governance activities including change control, escalation management, and decision tracking.
Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and performance metrics.
