The **Sr. Payroll Specialist** plays an important role in helping REI succeed. This job helps ensure our employees are paid accurately and on time, every pay period. The work supports trust, fairness, and financial well-being across the co op.

In this role, you will process REI’s in-house payroll and work closely with partners in Accounting and Human Resources. You will help manage payroll taxes, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local rules. You will also support payroll projects and help improve payroll processes.
