Sr Payroll Analyst

Process payroll for multiple groups and business lines. This includes routine payroll, on-cycle, off-cycle, commission, and bonus items.

Complete accurate and timely maintenance and auditing of master files, payroll-related transactions, payroll processing, and delivery.

Coordinate the completion of incoming paperwork or documentation such as status changes, garnishments, or employee/field-initiated requests.

Process special or exception items including reversals, voids, deductions, and quarterly/year-end payroll items.

Review audit reports and correct all overpayments and recoveries.

Oversee the process required to fund payroll-related deductions.

Test updates for payroll processing as related to assigned payrolls.

Process requests for union audits and provide data to team members.

Prepare logs and mail checks for large deposits to the Treasury team.
