**EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:**

**Minimum Qualifications:**

+ Associate’s degree or equivalent.
+ Minimum of three years patient accounts experience.
+ Minimum of two years Epic Revenue Cycle experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Experience with end-to-end revenue cycle operations, including billing, denials management, and collections.
+ Demonstrated experience identifying operational trends and implementing process improvements within a revenue cycle or healthcare billing environment.
+ Experience leading, mentoring, and developing team members to support individual and team performance goals.
