<p>Responsible for performing the administrative functions for any or all hub and station operational areas in reference to the Next Generation Staffing (NGS) including but not limited to, Employee Roster Management Application (ERMA), MySchedule BlueYonder (BY) and the accompanying Spotfire Dashboard. Serves as a customer’s first line of contact for a variety of issues.
