Role Overview

We are seeking a highly proactive, execution-oriented Sr. Operations Leader to partner directly with a Vice President in driving organizational priorities, operating cadence, strategic initiatives, and cross-functional execution.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, demanding environment and is comfortable operating with senior leaders, pushing for accountability, and turning ambiguity into clear action. The ideal candidate will bring strong business judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence directors and senior stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
