JOB DETAILS

Should have knowledge in Installation & commission of machines used in SMT/Molding/Cable manufacturing/Pneumatic Machines
Should have experience in Machine Selection, Product design and development, 
People having in-depth knowledge on Automation Equipment will be added advantage
Proficient in handling Products development in Molding machines, Cable Equipment’s, Test Equipment, Material Handling Equipment, Jigs & fixtures, Hydraulics and Mould designs
Need to have technical expertise on Raw Materials selection such as Cable, Connector used for Cable Assembly manufacturing
Need to have knowledge in Cable testing, tester selection and Spares selections
Ability to prepare Process and Facility Layout
Production Planning including maintaining WIP tracker and Inventory Control etc
Prepare Plan vs Actual with Yield%, Waste Management and Scrap Management
Knowledge in machine process & setup
