Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support the global network infrastructure , covering offices across APAC, EMEA, and North America.
• Provide operational support and troubleshooting for Palo Alto Firewalls, Prisma SD-WAN, SilverPeak, Cisco Catalyst, and Meraki networks .
• Administer and optimize LAN, WAN, WLAN, and Data Center network  components.
• Perform incident, problem, and change management  aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Review and execute Change Requests (CRs) , ensuring minimal business disruption.
