Position Overview
**Role Purpose:**
+ Reporting to the Director, Total Rewards, Americas Community of Expertise (COE), the Senior Manager, Total Rewards, Latin America is responsible for developing and executing the long-term total rewards strategy for Latin America including Mexico, Brazil and Chile
**Role Responsibilities:**
+ Develop the region’s total rewards strategy to achieve business goals and objectives and to position Carrier as an employer of choice within Carrier’s global compensation and reward framework.
+ Partnering with vendors, brokers and the market intelligence team, understand the benefits landscape by country and design a market competitive, harmonized benefits offering by country. Continually monitor the benefits landscape to make design recommendations by country, considering market position, financial impacts and support of Carrier’s overall business strategy.
