**Job Overview**

Reporting to the Director of Operations for Manufacturing and Process Development Engineering (MPDE), the Sr. Manager of Cable Assembly MPDE will be responsible for industrialization of the DDN business unit’s Over-the-Board (OTB) high speed cable portfolio and contributing to the global manufacturing strategy. This position will work cross functionally with the Product Management, Product Development, and Operations teams to develop manufacturing technology and processes for OTB cable assemblies to meet performance, quality, and cost expectations.
