We are currently looking to fill a Senior Manager for the Research and Pre-Clinical Development (R&pD) Lab Consumables team. In this role you will develop and manage strategies for our subcategories, as well as planning and executing strategic sourcing initiatives. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing sourcing specifications, requirements, and scopes of work for RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs. They will gather and assess data through benchmarking, market intelligence reports, and Voice of the Customer (VoC) interviews, and perform analytics on spend, inventory levels, utilization, and KPI measurements. We are looking for a proactive and collaborative individual who can effectively manage supplier relationships, mitigate risks, and contribute to the success and development of our team.
