The team partners with field Sales, BD, Solutions Architects, Professional Services, and partners to convert technical opportunities into strategic transformation engagements, supporting customer executive decision-making on AI and cloud investments with AWS. The team has driven multi-hundred-million-dollar qualified ARR pipeline across NAMER and supports must-win opportunities with structured value frameworks, executive engagement methodologies, and AI/agentic business case authorship.
This role leads a team of senior business innovation advisors aligned to multiple NAMER business units. The role owns team strategy, talent, operating model, and engagement quality across NAMER, while directly leading CxO engagements at must-win strategic accounts including Fortune 500 transformation programs and PE-backed enterprise customers.
