Responsibilities

+ Direct and oversee casting and metallurgical programs to enhance operational capabilities, production processes, and product innovation.

+ Establish and refine procedures to meet customer quality standards, reliability, and delivery timelines in a safe and economical manner.

+ Serve as the primary technical authority on metallurgy and casting operations, employing analytical and data-based approaches to address complex challenges.

+ Collaborate across departments including Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, with direct involvement on the production floor.
