**Your Impact**
The purpose of this position is to oversee the MyLowe's Rewards program, continuously evolving the loyalty program and strategy through results and learnings. Additionally, this position will drive the cohesive loyalty program experience in-store and online with cross functional partners to ensure a consistent experience across Lowe's two loyalty programs.
