As a Senior Manufacturing Equipment Engineer, you will provide technical leadership in smart manufacturing systems within a highβvolume consumables environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting and maintaining optical, mechanical, electrical, and fluidic systems while driving improvements in equipment uptime and reliability. You will lead and support new product introduction (NPI) and equipment performance enhancement initiatives, applying engineering principles to resolve complex manufacturing and equipment challenges. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring technicians and engineers to ensure performance standards are met, while providing effective leadership and supervision to your assigned team.
