We are looking for a new colleague who will join our manufacturing team at our location in Jiading, Shanghai.
What you can look forward to as Sr. Manufacturing Engineer:
Analyze new processes and equipment to continuously improve existing methods.Develop process documentation and train personnel on using new processes, materials, and equipment.Support production in resolving high-level technical issues.Provide technical support for product launches, including design reviews to enhance manufacturability.Apply oral and written communication skills in internal and external regular and special reports/presentations.Establish performance requirements for equipment, materials, and processes; conduct supplier searches and equipment evaluations to ensure quality products ca...
