Sr Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

+ Understand product PLM systems and maintain databases with high accuracy (Agile / SCORE / Ariba).
+ Develop monthly capacity forecast models for Penang, subcontractors, Dresden, and internalization.
+ Prepare factory capacity plans to support revenue targets.
+ Lead monthly gross margin improvement projects, including continuous capacity improvement and internalization to internal factories.
+ Proactively identify capacity improvement opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute action plans.
+ Perform on-the-job monitoring of bottleneck equipment to ensure revenue plans are met.
+ Conduct time studies for all processes (Sort, Test, Backend).
+ Perform labor resource studies, planning, and optimization.
+ Manage internalization project transfers from REN Power and REN P&C.
+ Prepare and support company project transfer activities.
