**ABOUT THIS POSITION**

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Systems Engineering to lead the design, automation, and delivery of our on‑premises datacenter infrastructure. This role oversees teams responsible for compute, storage, virtualization, and core systems, with a strong focus on automation, standardization, and project execution. Cloud experience is a plus, but the primary focus is on on‑prem infrastructure excellence.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**

+ Lead teams operating and modernizing on‑prem datacenter platforms, including **VMware and/or Nutanix** environments.
+ Own reliability, scalability, and lifecycle management of compute, storage, and core infrastructure systems.
+ Drive automation across provisioning, configuration, patching, and platform operations.
+ Lead infrastructure initiatives such as datacenter upgrades, hardware refreshes, platform migrations, and modernization efforts.
