Job Description
This role contributes to Nordstrom's success by supporting a high-performing team that develops and executes sourcing strategies across the Software & Hardware portfolio (Indirect Spend, non-merchandise), strategically delivering measurable outcomes that drive top- and bottom-line growth, competitive advantage, and corporate social responsibility leadership. The Sr. Manager, Strategic Sourcing – Software & Hardware also drives the hardware and store technology categories, including VAR strategy, while supporting individual contributors responsible for enterprise software, renewal strategy, and business software. The role partners closely with Technology and Product teams and leadership to shape strategy, mitigate risk, drive enforceable business outcomes, and influence executive decisions.
