**Job Duties** : Lead a team of software engineers to deliver significant business results as well as maintain and incrementally improve software applications used by Schwab’s Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) community. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align platform development with broader organizational goals.
