Position Overview
What You‘ll Do:
Lead sales operations and planning for the China Consumer business by driving operational excellence, planning integration, performance management, and execution governance across channels and customers. This role acts as a key commercial partner to China Sales Leadership, ensuring alignment between business priorities, planning processes, and field execution to improve responsiveness, productivity, and business performance.
The role owns the development and management of commercial operating rhythms, planning coordination, sales performance visibility, and operational effectiveness across the China business while partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Management, and regional stakeholders.
