Under general direction, the Sr Manager LTL Sales Enablement is responsible for managing a team of LTL sales enablement personnel and directing them in their day-to-day responsibilities. Additionally, developing strategies alongside existing sales personnel to unlock overall company LTL portfolio growth. The incumbent helps their team define the opportunity to sell J.B. Hunt LTL services, while aligning internal teams on executing the strategy.
