Our client is looking for a seasoned legal professional to lead Legal, Compliance, and Business Ethics within a global and international business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal and compliance advisory support

• Drive implementation of legal strategy and business ethics framework

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws including DPDPA and Labour Codes

• Lead contract drafting, review, and negotiations

• Design and deliver compliance training programs

• Identify and manage legal & compliance risks across the business

• Partner with stakeholders to strengthen governance and ethical culture

Requirements

• LL.B. (Law Graduate)

• 8+ years of experience in legal & compliance roles
