Critical Responsibilities (Must Have)
- Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) across Manufacturing, Operations, Warehouse, and Sales functions to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
- Design, plan, and implement annual training calendars aligned with business and operational objectives.
- Conduct and facilitate behavioral, technical, SOP, process, safety, productivity, and capability development training programs for shop floor employees and sales teams.
- Coordinate with HODs, Plant Heads, Sales Leaders, and HR teams to understand functional training requirements and execution priorities.
- Develop training modules, presentations, assessments, manuals, and learning materials based on operational and business needs.
