**Role Summary**

We are looking for a forward-thinking and experienced leader to oversee global product management for Hologic’s cytology and digital pathology portfolio, including Genius Digital Diagnostics System and AI algorithms, Cytology Instrumentations, and ThinPrep Consumables. In this leadership role, you will lead a team of global product managers to shape portfolio strategy and guide the long-term lifecycle plan for laboratory diagnostics, while ensuring products deliver strong market relevance and sustained commercial success.
