**POSITION SUMMARY** **:**

**We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven leader to drive the transformation of pricing and contracting capabilities across the $0.6B+ Microbiology Division (MBD).**

**This role will act as a key business partner to Commercial and Finance leadership, with end-to-end ownership of pricing governance, contract strategy, and price realization performance. The successful candidate will lead a distributed team, shape the division’s pricing roadmap, and deliver measurable margin expansion and commercial effectiveness.**
