Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, ensuring compliance with best corporate reporting practices.
Oversee financial management and reporting of IIL’s wholly owned subsidiaries in line with regulatory standards, while establishing performance management measures.
Manage sustainability initiatives in alignment with ESG objectives.
Supervise budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis to monitor and evaluate business performance.
