Key Responsibilities - Lead employee relations operations, payroll, benefits, pensions, and HR services
- Ensure compliance with UAE HR laws and government regulations
- Drive employee engagement, happiness, and workplace culture initiatives
- Manage HR systems, reporting, workforce analytics, and operational improvements
