**Job Duties** : Drive formulation of documentation, standards and production support processes for the Cloud Data Warehouse production platforms and applications. Develop, maintain, and support large-scale and complex Cloud Data applications. Proactively detect, troubleshoot, and resolve all issues affecting production applications. This involves coordination with and escalation in developing the external teams where necessary. This team owns all production support issues escalated to Schwab Data until they are resolved, or a workaround is provided to end users.
