**Role Overview**

The **Sr. Manager, Content Intelligence & Enablement** will lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of the organization’s proposal knowledge ecosystem. This highly visible role serves as a critical link between Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Proposal Development, transforming institutional knowledge into scalable, AI-enabled assets that improve proposal quality, consistency, and speed. The ideal candidate will drive content architecture, knowledge management, AI adoption, and automation initiatives while ensuring strategic messaging remains accurate, accessible, and impactful. This leader will develop governance frameworks, optimize content performance, and enable teams to leverage AI-powered tools and reusable knowledge assets that support business growth and strengthen competitive positioning. **Fully remote, Eastern or Central time zones preferred.**
