Position Overview
**What You'll Do:**
+ You will be in-charge of the regional e-commerce strategy and performance, driving online channel growth through strong platform strategies, customer engagement models, and digital execution frameworks
+ You will work with a multi-market scope that includes China, Japan, and ASEAN markets, with a potential to expand to India in the future
+ You will be responsible in defining regional e-commerce strategy across platforms and business model and developing channel-specific value propositions and digital growth strategies
+ You will manage business planning and expansion and drive campaigns, promotions, and platform partnerships.
+ You will also be responsible for channel performance management and improvement including online performance review, customer and product strategy integration and utilization of insights to optimize performance and customer engagement
