The Sr. Manager, Architectural Design provides primary leadership and expertise to various newbuild, revitalization and refurbishment projects. In collaboration with the Sr. Director, Architectural Design, this candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role involves leading project teams, coordinating with architects and consultants, and providing strategic direction to achieve project goals. Actively manages ownership budgets, schedules, and programs; project communications and documentation; office administrative tasks; and project team assignments.
