**Opportunity**

The primary function of the Sr Maintenance Planner is to improve work output through the scheduling and planning of nonreactive work. The successful candidate must be detail-oriented, possess excellent organization skills, hands on experience, communicate effectively and be self-directed.

As part of the position, time in the field and the ability to provide and seek feedback will be essential in furthering maintenance best practices. Having a positive and genuine spirt will maintain a collaborative environment for daily communications with frontline leadership and skilled trades’ associates. Applying a drive and passion for continuous improvement are essential to the position. With the ability to lead without authority and produce results.
