This popular downtown Dallas Law Firm is looking for a dynamic Litigation Legal Assistant to support her attorneys in the litigation Section. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with experience in litigation support and administrative tasks within the legal field. You will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of legal processes, supporting attorneys, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the preparation, drafting, and formatting of legal pleadings and documents for civil, commercial, and defense litigation cases.
• Coordinate and oversee the electronic filing (e-filing) of legal documents with courts and other relevant entities.
• Maintain and update attorney calendars, including scheduling court appearances, meetings, and deadlines.
