Responsibilities
Leasing - Prepare, negotiate and consummate Lease Proposals, Offers to Lease and Leases in collaboration with and under the direction of the VP of Leasing;
- Monitor all existing tenancies and their expiration dates; negotiate and complete extension agreements in advance of maturities;
- Cold calling (canvassing prospective tenants) and preparation of Travel Logs;
- Oversee various projects to ensure completion and finalizing deals in a timely manner, reporting such information on a daily basis;
