This role involves hands-on lab work, process troubleshooting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality production and support scale-up activities. Key Responsibilities: Perform purification, characterization, and formulation of oligonucleotides using HPLC, UV-VIS, and related techniques. Support production operations, ensuring compliance with SOPs, OSHA, and cGMP standards. Document experiments, production data, and results in SAP, LIMS, or other systems.
