The Sr. IT Business Analyst is a talented and dynamic professional that is experienced and skilled in understanding complex business domains, processes and problems and able to translate them into business and functional requirements.

The Sr. IT Business Analyst primary role is to bridge the gap between IT and business and be the voice of the customer. This role works closely with business owners, analyzes business processes and problems to determine the business requirements. The Sr. IT Business Analyst has very good attention to detail in defining the functional requirements and specifications of products and solutions. This role communicates with the software development team throughout the end‑to‑end lifecycle and ensures that the solution is aligned with the business and functional requirements.
