**_What Will You Do?_**

+ Manage recruiting efforts for the location, including sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding/orientation. Partner with leaders to evaluate workforce needs, create a strategy to build pipelines for key roles and collaborate with local community high schools and trade schools to meet future staffing needs.
