We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to join the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Human Resources team as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting the Infrastructure Supply Chain (AIS-SC) organization.

In this position, you will develop and lead the overarching people strategy for three bespoke functional (corporate) and/or supply chain operations organizations across AIS Supply Chain, partnering with 4-6 senior leaders (Director and above) to deliver on HR priorities that move the business forward, advance efforts to achieve on our three-year growth plan, and enhance the overall employee experience and workplace culture of the organization.
