We are seeking an experienced and proactive Sr.HR Generalist to provide day-to-day human resources support to managers and employees across multiple sites. This role is responsible for ensuring the consistent, practical application of HR policies and processes while also contributing to key HR initiatives such as organizational design, HR systems improvements, change management, and people-related transitions.
