Description
Our client is seeking a Contract HR Operations Specialist / HR Generalist for a 60-day engagement to provide tactical HR support and help shift administrative responsibilities away from HR leadership so they can focus on more strategic priorities. This role is best suited for someone with strong HR operations/generalist experience, hands-on Workday expertise, and the ability to work effectively with both senior leadership and frontline/manufacturing employees.
Responsibilities:
+ Manage HRIS transactions in Workday, including:
+ Creating requisitions
+ Processing job changes
+ Supporting employee movement workflows
+ Assisting with recall-from-layoff transactions
+ Following established scripts and SOPs for consistency and accuracy
