This role will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders and employees, helping drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and a strong employee experience aligned with commercial objectives.
The Senior HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with Japan Sales and Marketing leadership while aligning local HR practices with Natera’s global strategies and ensuring compliance with Japanese labor laws.
