Position Overview
Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Proactively source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases. Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and identify key candidate traits for candidate sourcing. Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth and timely process. Communicate interview details to candidates and gather feedback from interviewers promptly. Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
